Brookhaven is a city in the northeastern suburbs of Atlanta and is located in western DeKalb County, Georgia, United States, directly northeast of Atlanta. On July 31, 2012, Brookhaven was approved in a referendum to become DeKalb County’s 11th city. With a population of around 55,554 it is the largest city in DeKalb County.

Brookhaven Arts Festival – a free premier event which takes place in one of Georgia’s fastest growing cities. Located about 5 miles inside the I-285 corridor and just north of Buckhead, this exciting annual 2-day event features a juried show of art from over 140 artists from across the country, a classic car show, children’s art section, live music, food and beverages.
